Empower. Inspire. En-light-en.

Hi, I'm Diana
I apply lessons learned in
improv and theatre performance
to empower women as they navigate life's experiences.
Book DIana to Speak
This being human thing? It can be hard.

Daily, we face challenges - whether it be hitting all red lights or spilling coffee on our white shirt. (I no longer wear white for this reason btw)... and then there are the big challenges too.

So let's normalize being human, create conversations around the large and small trials life brings and welcome in our triumphs too.
Improvisation has helped me to cultivate a flexible (and fun) mindset and I'd love to share that expertise with you!

My Vision:
  • We are all born into this world, in various circumstances.

  • We all suffer heartbreak and hurt, on various levels (it's part of the human condition)

  • We all have the capacity to embrace innate resilience and rise again
After people hear me speak they will feel relief -- because my speech will empower them to release judgement, shed shame, cultivate self-compassion, and discover joy along the way.
